实验室检测仪器设备期间核查的研究

Research on the Period Check of Laboratory Testing Instruments and Equipment

本文通过对实验室管理中检测仪器的期间核查进行了论述分析,介绍了检测实验室是如何开展期间核查,讲述了期间核查的核查对象是怎样确定,以及核查计划于核查方法的制定。并且,利用电热鼓风干燥箱的期间核查进行了举例分析,对所核查的结果进行了评价。该研究的目的主要是为了解实验室中检测仪器的稳定性,保持检测数据的准确度及可信性提供一些方法。能够通过加强检测仪器的期间核查,提高实验室中设备的管理水平,使检测人员对于设备期间核查更加重视。

This paper discusses and analyzes the period check of testing instruments in laboratory management,introduces how the testing laboratory carries out period check,how to determine the check object of period check,and how to formulate the check plan and check method.In addition,an example of the periodic check of the electric blast drying oven is analyzed and the results of the check are evaluated.The purpose of this study is to provide some methods for understanding the stability of testing instruments in the laboratory and maintaining the accuracy and reliability of testing data.It can improve the management level of equipment in the laboratory by strengthening the periodic verification of testing instruments,so that testing personnel can pay more attention to the periodic verification of equipment.
