摘要
管式气态氚光源结构简单、性能优越,是氚光源中应用最广泛的一种。荧光粉涂层的性能对管式气态氚光源的亮度影响很大。本研究采用干粉法制备荧光粉涂层,通过牢固度测试、扫描电镜及EDS能谱扫描,研究不同浓度的粘结剂溶液制备出的涂层的牢固度、厚度、表面形貌和内部结构。结果表明:粘结剂浓度≥10%,涂层的牢固度均可满足使用要求;粘结剂浓度≥70%,涂层易产生晶体或气泡等缺陷;低浓度的粘结剂溶液制备出的涂层较薄,且质地疏松透气;高浓度的粘结剂溶液制备出的涂层较厚,质地平整致密。
Due to its simple structure and superior performance,tritium light sources with gas-tube structure are the most widely used among various tritium light sources.The performance of fluorescent powder coating has a great impact on the brightness of the tritium light source.The dry powder method was used to prepare the fluorescent powder coating.Firmness test,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy were used to characterize the phosphor coating,to study the influence of different concentrations of binder on the firmness,thickness,surface morphology and internal structure of the phosphor coating.The results showed that the coating firmness could meet the application requirements when the binder concentration was greater than 10%.When the binder concentration was greater than 70%,the coating may produce defects such as crystals or bubbles.The phosphor coating prepared by low concentration binder solution was thin and loose and breathable.Instead,the coating was thick,with a smooth,dense texture.
