摘要
RH炉和水煤浆加压气化炉中均广泛使用了含铬耐火砖,分别为镁铬砖和铬铝锆砖,评述了这两种含铬耐火砖在相应高温炉中的应用和损毁机理。RH炉用镁铬砖研究进展包括RH炉及镁铬砖的发展、镁铬砖的损毁机理、镁铬砖的改性研究等三个方面。水煤浆加压气化炉用铬铝锆砖研究进展包括水煤浆加压气化炉及铬铝锆砖的简介、铬铝锆砖的损毁机理等两个方面。最后对RH炉用镁铬砖和水煤浆加压气化炉用铬铝锆砖的应用和研究进行了展望。
The applications and destruction mechanism of magnesia chrome bricks and chrome alumina zirconium bricks in RH furnace and coal water slurry pressuried gasifier(CWSPG)furnace were reviewed in this article.The part of research progress of magnesia chrome bricks in RH furnace included development of RH furnace and magnesia chrome bricks,destruction mechanism of magnesia chrome bricks and improvement of magnesia chrome bricks.The part of research progress of chrome alumina zirconium bricks in CWSPG furnace included brief introduction of CWSPG furnace and chrome alumina zirconium bricks,destruction mechanism of chrome alumina zirconium bricks.Finally,the suggestions of these two chrome bricks in RH furnace and CWSPG furnace were proposed.
