垂体后叶注射液临床有效性和安全性系统评价

Systematic Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Posterior Pituitary Injection

目的:评估垂体后叶注射液的有效性与安全性,为进一步明确扩展其适应症、药品质量控制和开展药物临床试验提供依据或指明方向。方法:检索垂体后叶注射液治疗其适应症的系统综述、药效学、药物毒理学、动物实验、包括随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials,RCT)在内的临床试验研究,综合分析垂体后叶注射液的有效性与安全性。结果:垂体后叶注射液目前被广泛应用于预防或治疗产后出血、肺及支气管出血及消化道出血的临床病症。在临床应用过程中,其有效性较高,且不良反应发生率低,主要表现为消化系统损害、心血管系统损害、全身性损害及代谢与营养障碍等。结论:垂体后叶注射液具有良好的有效性和较高的安全性,但医务人员在使用该药时仍需密切关注患者用药后生命体征,准确掌握其适应症及用药禁忌,保障患者用药安全。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of posterior pituitary injection,and to provide basis or direction for further clarifying and expanding its indications,drug quality control and clinical trials.Methods:clinical trials were searched for the indications of posterior pituitary injection,including systematic review,pharmacodynamics,pharmacotoxicology,animal experiments and randomized controlled trials(RCT),and the efficacy and safety of posterior pituitary injection were comprehensively analyzed.Results:Posterior pituitary injection has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,pulmonary and bronchial hemorrhage and gastrointestinal hemorrhage.In the process of clinical application,it has high efficacy and low incidence of adverse reactions,mainly manifested as digestive system damage,cardiovascular system damage,metabolic and nutritional disorders,systemic damage and skin damage.Conclusion:Posterior pituitary injection has good efficacy and high safety,but medical staff should pay close attention to patients'vital signs after medication,accurately grasp the indications and drug contraindication,and ensure patients'medication safety.
