摘要
采用A/O工艺处理牛皮纸废水,通过对O池不同分级形成不同反应时间序列,考察COD去除率,构建O池的COD分级降解动力学模型,确定COD去除率与O池分格数n之间的关系。工程现场实验研究结果表明,O池分级数n从1级增加到3级,O池COD去除率显著提高,超过3级后,COD去除率曲线趋于平缓,说明在相同初始运试条件下,O池分级以3级为宜。
For the treatment of kraft paper wastewater by A/O process,the dynamic model of COD degradation was established through the removal rate of COD at different reaction times in the O pond.The relationship between the removal rate of COD and the number of compartments in the O pond was determined.The results showed that the number of compartments increased from 1 to 3,and the removal rate of COD in the O pool increased significantly.After exceeding 3,the removal rate of COD tended to be stable.Under the same initial water quality condition,the O pool partition is suitable for 3 compartments.
