温度对餐饮垃圾油脂提取的影响

摘要 针对餐饮垃圾油脂提取问题,以达州餐饮垃圾项目进行工程试验,设定加热罐的温度,进行15天采样试验,分别对油脂提取率、油脂水杂率、浓水含油率、固形物含水率四组指标数据记录。通过分析可以得出:有机浆料在加热罐中加热温度低于60℃时,油脂提取率最低,浓水含油率最高,油脂水杂率最高,固形物含水率最高;有机浆料在加热罐中加热温度在70~75℃时,油脂提取率最佳,浓水含油率最低,油脂水杂率最低,固形物含水率最低;有机浆料在加热罐中加热温度在高于80℃时,油脂提取率几乎为定值,浓水含油率、油脂水杂率、固形物含水率也趋于定值。 In view of the problem of grease extraction of catering waste,the engineering test of the Dazhou catering waste project was carried out,the temperature of the heating tank was set,and a 15-day sampling test was carried out,and four sets of index data were recorded:grease extraction rate,grease water impurity rate,concentrated water oil content rate and solid moisture content.It can be obtained by analysis:when the heating temperature of organic slurry in the heating tank was lower than 60℃,the oil extraction rate was the lowest,the oil content of concentrated water was the highest,the oil impurity rate of oil was the highest,and the moisture content of solid matter was the highest.When the heating temperature of organic slurry in the heating tank is 70~75℃,the oil extraction rate of oil extraction is the best,the oil content of concentrated water is the lowest,the oil impurity rate is the lowest,and the moisture content of solid matter is the lowest;When the heating temperature of organic slurry in the heating tank is higher than 80℃,the oil extraction rate is almost fixed,and the oil content of concentrated water,oil impurity rate and solid moisture content also tend to be fixed.
