摘要
随着高校中试实验室工作的不断扩展,中试实验室成为培养学生创新实践能力和职业素养的重要基地,其建设与运行管理涉及方方面面。基于“大食物观”指导下,未来食品科学中心中试实验室建设与运行管理过程中产生的经验教训,提出了中试实验室在场地建设、工艺布局、设备选型、实验技术管理人员队伍建设、安全管理体系建设、仪器设备开放共享措施、科研环境与文化建设等多方面的思考和具体举措,为进一步加强高校中试实验室建设与运行管理工作提供有益参考。
With the continuous expansion of the pilot laboratory work in colleges and universities,the pilot laboratories have become an important base for cultivating students'innovative practical ability and professional quality,and its construction and operation management involve many aspects.Based on the experiences and lessons from the construction and operation management of the pilot laboratory in the Science Center for Future Foods under the guidence of‘Greater Food’,this paper puts forward the thinking and specific measures of the pilot laboratory in many aspects,such as site construction,process layout,equipment selection,construction of the laboratory technology management team,construction of the safety management system,measures for the opening and sharing of instruments and equipment,scientific research environment and cultural construction,provide useful reference for further strengthening the construction and operation management of the pilot laboratories in universities.
