新工科理念下应用化学人才培养模式的建设研究——以湖北科技学院核技术与化学生物学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 新工科建设是当前高校深化教育改革和提高人才培养质量的新要求。湖北科技学院作为典型的地方转型发展试点高校,其学科人才培养模式的改革和探索直接关系到全国地方二本院校高生源、高就业、高效益“办学生态圈”的良性发展。湖北科技学院应用化学专业(本科)以新工科建设理念为导向,以新材料方向多学科交叉融合为切入点,以培养社会综合效益高的应用化学新材料方向工程复合人才为目的,努力探索“新工科+新材料方向+多学科交融体系+跨学科课程+跨学科团队+跨学科监控评价”的人才培养模式。通过搭建和不断完善建设平台,力争将应用化学(本科)专业建设成为特色鲜明的省级“双一流”学科。 Construction of new engineering is the new requirement for deepening education reform and improving the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.Hubei University of Science and Technology is the typical university for local transformation and development and its reform and exploration of subject talent training mode is directly related to the benign development of“school-running ecological circle”with high enrollment,high employment and high efficiency in local secondary colleges and universities.To cultivate engineering compound talents with high social comprehensive benefits in new material direction of applied chemistry,the undergraduate applied chemistry specialty in Hubei University of Science and Technology tries to explore the talent training mode of“new engineering+new material direction+multi-disciplinary integration system+interdisciplinary course+interdisciplinary team+interdisciplinary monitoring and evaluation”,which is guided by the concept of new engineering construction and taken multidisciplinary integration in new material direction as the point of penetration.Through building and improving the construction platform constantly,we strive to construct the undergraduate applied chemistry specialty in Hubei University of Science and Technology to become a distinct feature of the Hubei province“The double-first class”disciplines.
