对新材料、化工领域应用型人才需求的现代产业学院建设的思考——以山西工程技术学院为例

Reflections on the Construction of Modern Industrial College for the Demand of Applied Talents in the Field of New Materials and Chemical Industry——Taking Shanxi Institute of Engineering and Technology as an Example

为推进“产教融合、校企合作”,进一步发挥行业资源优势,发挥企业的重要主体作用,建设新材料现代产业学院已成为培育符合行业需要的高层次应用型人才培养的重要途径。本文中就新材料现代产业学院的建设也给出一些宝贵的意见,并从四个方面推进新材料现代产业学院的建立,为国家的新材料及化工领域提供具有可持续竞争力的应用型人才。

In order to promote the“integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation”,further give play to the advantages of industry resources,and play the important role of enterprises,the construction of modern industry College of new materials has become an important way to cultivate high-level application-oriented talents in line with the needs of the industry.This paper also gives some valuable suggestions on the construction of the College of Modern Industry of New Materials,and promotes the establishment of the college of modern Industry of New materials from four aspects,so as to provide sustainable competitive applied talents for the national field of new materials and chemical industry.
