包神铁路集团煤炭运输抑尘质量提升对策研究

Research on Countermeasures to Improve Dust Suppression Quality of Coal Transportation on Baoshen Railway Group

受生产与消费格局的影响,煤炭从主产地到消费终端流量大、运输距离长。铁路是煤炭长距离陆运的主要方式,随着国家对环保工作的要求越来越高,对铁路煤炭运输抑尘工作提出了新的要求。在阐述铁路煤炭运输抑尘工作的现状基础上,分析抑尘不达标的危害,以及包神铁路集团煤炭运输抑尘工作存在的问题。通过建立铁路车辆煤炭表面积测算模型,对煤炭装载高度超出和低于车辆端侧墙等不同情况下抑尘剂的喷洒面积和喷洒量进行研究,得出各类车型煤炭装载高度与抑尘剂喷洒量的关系。从抑尘剂的配置使用、不同车型喷洒量、设备改造升级、监控体系构建、货装质量管控、抑尘环保诚信机制建立等方面提出提升煤炭运输抑尘质量的对策。

The original producing area flows of coal to the consumption destination are huge with long transportation distance,as the affection of the pattern between production and consumption.Railway is the main way for long-distance land transportation of coal.With the increasing requirements of the state for environmental protection,new demands are put forward for the dust suppression of coal railway transportation.This paper expounds the current situation of dust suppression work in coal railway transportation,analyzes the harm of dust suppression failing to meet the standard and the existing problems of dust suppression work in Baoshen Railway Group.A calculation model for the coal surface area of railway vehicles was established,which researches the spraying area and spraying amount of dust inhibitor when loading coal is higher or lower than the sidewalls of the vehicle,and obtains the relationship between loading height and spraying amount of dust inhibitor of various vehicles.Besides,the countermeasures to improve the quality of dust suppression were put forward from the aspects of the configuration and use of dust inhibitor,the spraying amount of various vehicles,the equipment transformation and upgrading,the construction of monitoring system,the cargo loading quality control,and the establishment of dust suppression credibility system.
