中铁快运公司仓库智能化升级的探讨

Discussion on Intelligent Upgrading of Warehouse of China Railway Express Company

目前中铁快运股份有限公司仓储业务以仓库出租与进出库服务为主,信息不对称、作业管理方式落后的问题突出,毗邻市场、区位优良的优势尚未充分挖掘,有必要通过仓库智能化升级提升仓储服务质量、提高作业效率,向运仓配一体化方向转型升级。通过文献研究、案例调查等方法分析社会物流企业仓库智能化建设发展现状,运用现场调研方法分析中铁快运股份有限公司仓库发展现状,提出加强信息化建设、设计系统架构、升级作业方式、选择硬件模块的建议,为中铁快运仓库智能化升级提供方法参考与对策建议。

At present,the warehousing business of China Railway Express Co.,Ltd.is mainly based on warehouse leasing and warehousing services.The problems of information asymmetry and backward operation management methods are prominent,and the advantages of adjacent markets and excellent location have not been fully tapped,so it is necessary to improve the quality of warehousing services and operational efficiency through intelligent upgrading of warehouses and moves towards the integration of transportation,warehouse,and distribution.Through literature research,case analysis,and other methods,the development of intelligent warehouse construction of social logistics enterprises and that of warehouses of China Railway Express Co.,Ltd.were analyzed,and suggestions were put forward,including strengthening information construction,designing advanced system architecture,and choosing standardized modules,so as to provide method reference and countermeasures for the intelligent upgrading of warehouses of China Railway Express Co.,Ltd.
