舒适护理模式在血管瘤染料激光患儿中的应用

Application of Comfort Nursing Mode in Children with Hemangioma Dye Laser Therapy

目的探讨舒适护理模式在血管瘤患儿染料激光治疗前后的应用效果。方法选取我科于2022年7-12月行染料激光治疗的血管瘤患儿102例作为研究对象,设7-9月治疗的患儿为对照组,共50例,设10-12月治疗的患儿为试验组,共52例病人。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上实施舒适护理。比较两组患儿激光治疗后水疱发生率及护理满意度。结果治疗过程中实施舒适护理模式,可以有效提高患儿的治疗配合度,保证治疗顺利进行,减少术后水疱发生,提高满意度。结论对染料激光治疗的血管瘤患儿进行针对性舒适护理模式,提高临床治疗效果和护理质量,促进患儿康复,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing mode before and after dye laser treatment in children with hemangioma.Method 102 children with hemangiomas who underwent dye laser treatment in our department from July to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.A control group consisting of 50 children treated from July to September and an experimental group consisting of 52 children treated from October to December were selected.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comfort care on the basis of the control group's care.Compare the incidence of blisters and nursing satisfaction between two groups of pediatric patients after laser treatment.Results Implementing a comfortable nursing model during the treatment process can effectively improve the patient's treatment coordination,ensure smooth treatment,reduce postoperative blisters,and improve satisfaction.Conclusion A targeted and comfortable nursing model for children with hemangioma treated with dye laser can improve clinical treatment effectiveness and nursing quality,promote the recovery of children,and is worth promoting and using.
