Treatment of venous malformations:Relevant data and future prospects

静脉畸形(Venous Malformation,VM)是最常见的血管畸形,由紊乱的静脉增值扩张形成;它是先天性病变,多数患者一出生就可被发现,但在无明显症状前,部分静脉畸形可被忽视数年甚至数十年;静脉畸形的病史以及诊断往往并不复杂,但其本身大小、生长位置、组织受累情况不一,导致治疗方法和疗效不一,遂在本文中,笔者总结了现阶段静脉畸形的常见治疗方式,同时也讨论静脉畸形未来治疗的相关展望。

Venous Malformation(VM)is the most common vascular malformation,which is formed by disordered venous dilation.It is a congenital disease,most patients can be found at birth,but before there is no obvious symptoms,some venous malformations can be ignored for years or even decades.The history and diagnosis of venous malformations are often not complicated,but their size,growth location,and tissue involvement vary,leading to different treatment methods and curative effects.In this paper,the author summarized the common treatment methods of venous malformations at the present stage,and also discussed the related prospects of future treatment of venous malformations.
