摘要
传统建筑电气设计将设计内容分为强电和弱电,而后《建筑工程设计文件编写深度规定(2016版)》将弱电更名为智能化,将智能化设定为特定设计,此后建筑电气与智能化设计完全分离。建筑智能化包括建筑设备管理系统、公共安全系统、信息化应用系统等,其主要功能是感知环境的各种信息,分析协调各电力、设备系统与外部环境发生交互。建筑的绿色、节能、环保也需要建筑电气与智能化系统设计的合作统一。基于此,本文就上述内容展开论述。
Traditional building electrical design divides the design content into force electricity and weak electricity.Subsequently,the weak electricity is renamed as intelligence in the“Regulations on the Preparation Depth of Construction Engineering Design Documents(2016 Edition)”,and the intelligence is set as a specific design.So building electrical and intelligent design are completely separated.Building intelligence includes building equipment management system,public safety system,information application system and other system,its main function is to perceive various information of the environment,analyze and coordinate the interaction between each power and equipment system and the external environment.The green,energy-saving and environmental protection of buildings also requires the cooperation and unity of building electrical and intelligent system design.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the above matters.
