Analysis of Hospital Information Security System Construction Under Three-Level Information Security Protection Standard

信息系统的建设安全性会影响到医院医疗工作能否正常运行,如果发生数据瘫痪或者网络延迟等问题,将有可能会造成医院日常工作不便,更有甚者会给医院的安全运行带来重大损失。医院的信息系统会涉及诸多病患的隐私信息,如果信息一旦遭遇泄露可能会给社会和患者带来安全风险,因此国家有关部门发布了有关的法律法规,要求加强医院信息化建设,做好安全保障工作,加强系统建设的投入力度,提高信息化互通水平。文章就上述问题展开讨论。

The construction security of information system will affect the normal operation of hospital medical work.If data failure or network delay occurs,it may cause inconvenience in daily work of the hospitals,and even cause major losses to the safe operation of the hospitals.The hospital information system will involve the privacy information of many patients,if the information leakage occurs,it may bring security risks to the society and patients.Therefore,the relevant national departments have issued relevant laws and regulations,requiring to strengthen the construction of hospital informatization,perform well in security protection,increase the investment in system construction,and improve the level of information interoperability.This paper discusses the above issues.
