浅谈市政垃圾发电锅炉安装焊接工艺控制

摘要 垃圾焚烧发电是城市垃圾处理、能源综合利用的一种环保方法,是很多城市大力推进的项目。利用焚烧的热能产生蒸汽发电是对能源的综合利用。产生蒸汽需要锅炉,锅炉水冷壁的重量重、焊口多、周期长,因此,焊接工艺直接影响锅炉的质量和寿命。文章就市政垃圾发电锅炉安装焊接工艺展开论述。 Waste incineration power generation is a kind of environmental protection method for municipal waste treatment and comprehensive utilization of energy,and it is a project vigorously promoted by many cities.It is a comprehensive utilization of energy to generate steam for power generation from the heat of incineration.Steam generation needs boiler,the boiler water wall has heavy weight,several welding positions,and long cycle,so welding process directly affects the quality and life of the boiler.This paper discusses the welding process of municipal waste power generation boiler installation.
