Problems and Countermeasures in Operations of a Tertiary Grade-A Hospital Medical Alliance

目的:在新医改背景下,针对三级医院在医联体建设过程中遇到的问题提供理论对策和建议,让老百姓享受到医改的惠利。方法:通过文献研究法和政策分析法,整理济宁市某三甲医院在医联体建设实践过程中遇到的问题,再结合国内各省市在医联体建设方面的理论研究与实践经验成果展开讨论。结论:针对三级医院医联体建设中遇到的问题,需要不断地通过实践探索适应医院发展的运行模式,为三级医院医联体进一步建设提供理论和实践依据。

Objective:To provide theoretical countermeasures and suggestions for the problems encountered by tertiary hospitals in the construction process of medical alliance under the background of new medical reform,so that the civilians can enjoy the benefits of medical reform.Methods:Through literature research and policy analysis,the problems encountered by a tertiary hospital in Jining in the construction practice of medical alliance are sorted out and then discussed based on the theoretical research and practical experience results of medical alliance construction in various provinces and cities in China.Conclusion:In view of the problems encountered by tertiary hospitals in the construction of the medical alliance,it is necessary to continuously explore the operation mode that adapts to the development of the hospital through practice,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the further construction of the medical alliance of tertiary hospitals.
