超大城市社区医养结合实践模式及优化路径研究

Study on the Practice Model and Optimization Path of Community Integrated Medical Care and Elderly Services in Megacities

梳理成都市现有的四种社区医养结合典型模式,针对超大城市社区医养结合服务资源区域间失衡、供给难以满足多样化养老需求等现实困境,构建了以“三级社区医养结合圈”为基础,中心城区、边缘城区、新城区为区域规划的“一核多级智慧化”社区医养结合服务优化路径,为超大城市全面提升社会养老服务能力提供科学依据。

This article summarizes the four typical models of community integrated medical care and elderly services in Chengdu.In response to the practical difficulties such as regional imbalance of community integrated medical care and elderly services resources and difficulty in meeting diversified elderly care needs in megacities,a"one core,multi-level,intelligent"optimization paths for community integrated medical care and elderly services is constructed based on the"three-level community integrated medical care and elderly services circle"and the regional plan for central,peripheral,and new urban areas.These provide scientific basis for the comprehensive improvement of social elderly care service capabilities in megacities.
