贵州省紧密型县域医共体高质量发展的实践探索——以县域医疗次中心建设为抓手

Practice and Exploration of High-quality Development of Compact County-level Medical Community in Guizhou Province——Taking the Construction of County-level Medical Sub Centers as a Means

贵州省以县域医疗次中心为抓手,构建了“县级公立医院—县域医疗次中心(中心乡镇卫生院)—一般卫生院—中心村卫生室—一般村卫生室”梯次带动的紧密型县域医共体模式,取得了积极成效。基于此,总结了贵州省实践经验,提出了推进紧密型县域医共体高质量发展的对策建议。

Taking the county-level medical sub center as a means,a compact county-level medical community model including county-level public hospitals,county-level medical sub centers(central township health centers),township health centers,central village clinics and village clinics was established in Guizhou province,and has achieved positive results.Based on this,this article summarizes the practical experience of Guizhou province,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of compact county-level medical community.
