摘要
当前,公立医院绩效管理面临一些局限性:与医保支付方式改革方向不匹配,与医院各层级目标脱节,绩效管理体系不健全。基于此,S医院立足绩效管理实践,引入目标与关键成果管理模式,从绩效实施路径着手构建医院绩效管理体系,包括搭建绩效管理组织架构、确立有针对性的考核体系、实施闭环管理、强化数据支撑,为公立医院绩效管理发展提供借鉴。
At present,there are some limitations in performance management of public hospitals,such as mismatch with the direction of medical insurance payment reform,disconnection from the goals of various levels of the hospital,and incomplete performance management system.Based on these problems,S hospital combines performance management practices,introduces objective and key achievement management models,and constructs a hospital performance management system starting from the performance implementation path,including building an organizational structure for performance management,establishing a targeted assessment system,implementing closed-loop management,and strengthening data support.These provide reference for the development of performance management in public hospitals.
