摘要
冲孔灌注桩技术依托自身所具有的灵活性强、负面影响小和单桩承载力大等优势,得以在建筑工程施工实践中广泛应用。在冲孔灌注桩技术应用阶段,受到多重因素影响,容易诱发一系列问题,影响建筑工程施工效果。基于此,该文对冲孔灌注桩技术于建筑工程施工中的应用予以研究,在简单介绍冲孔灌注桩技术内涵、优势和应用流程基础上,引进具体的工程案例,结合案例探讨冲孔灌注桩技术应用,并针对性构建质量控制措施,期望以此提升冲孔灌注桩技术应用水平,从整体上强化建筑工程施工质量,在一定程度上也可为后续阶段建筑工程施工中冲孔灌注桩技术的应用提供参考。
Punched cast-in-place pile technology has been widely used in the construction practice of building projects by relying on its own advantages such as the strong flexibility,small negative impact and large bearing capacity of the single pile.However,in the application stage of punched cast-in-place pile technology,a series of problems will also be induced due to multiple factors,which will affect the construction effect of building projects.Based on this,this paper studies the application of punched cast-in-place pile technology in the construction of building projects.On the basis of a brief introduction to the connotation,advantages and application process of punched cast-in-place pile technology,it introduces specific engineering cases,discusses the application of punched cast-in-place pile technology in combination with cases,and constructs quality control measures in a targeted way,hoping to improve the application level of punched cast-in-place pile technology,strengthen the construction quality of building projects as a whole,and provide a useful reference for the application of punched cast-in-place pile technology in the subsequent construction stage of building projects to a certain extent.
