“深海一号”能源站开发模式关键技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Key Technologies for the Development Mode of the"Deep Sea No.1"Energy Station

为获得国内1500m水深区域的深水油气开发,国内展开了深水油气资源开发关键技术研究,在半潜式生产储油平台方面实现了重点技术突破和工程实践。“深海一号”能源站研究了“水下生产系统回接深水半潜式生产储油平台”开发模式,研究了半潜式生产储油平台母型船设计、半潜式生产储油平台陆地建造、钢悬链立管连接、聚酯缆系泊等关键技术,通过工程实践获得我国南海1500 m水域高产油气。该文对“深海一号”能源站“水下生产系统回接深水半潜式生产储油平台”开发模式进行了总结,并分析了“深海一号”开发模式下气田开发中后期水下生产系统升级的潜在需求,推动“深海一号”开发模式在南海深水、超深水油气开发中深入应用。

In order to achieve the deep-water oil and gas development in the 1500 m water depth area in China,research on key technologies for deep-water oil and gas resource development has been carried out in China,and key technical breakthroughs and engineering practices have been achieved in semi-submersible production and storage platforms.The"Deep Sea No.1"energy station has studied the development mode of"the subsea production system connecting back to the deep-water semi-submersible production and storage platform",studied key technologies such as the design of the mother ship of the semi-submersible production and storage platform,the offshore construction of the semi-submersible production and storage platform,the connection of steel catenary risers and the mooring of polyester cables,and achieved high-yield oil and gas in the 1500 m water area of the South China Sea through engineering practice.This paper summarizes the development mode of"the subsea production system connecting back to the deep-water semi-submersible production and storage platform"of the"Deep Sea No.1"energy station,and analyzes the potential demand for upgrading the subsea production system in the middle and later stages of the development of gas fields under the"Deep Sea No.1"development mode,so as to promote the further application of the"Deep Sea No.1"development mode in deep-water and ultra deep-water oil and gas development in the South China Sea.
