油气管道开挖穿越河流洪水影响计算分析及设计优化

摘要 油气管道建设里程较长,不可避免地会与河流产生交叉穿越,合理确定穿越段的设计参数,不仅能够节省投资,降低施工难度,也能保证河道行洪和管道运营的安全。结合实例、相关标准及行业主管部门的要求,对管道穿越河流段进行防洪影响分析和计算,根据计算结果对管道穿越埋深、长度、角度、弯管设置等设计参数进行调整,以确定最优的管道布置方案。 The construction mileage of oil and gas pipelines is long,and it is inevitably that it will cross with rivers,and reasonable determination of the design parameters of the crossing section can not only save investment and reduce construction difficulty,but also ensure the safety of river flood discharge and pipeline operation.This paper analyzes and calculates the flood control impact of the section of the pipeline crossing rivers in combination with examples,relevant standards and the requirements of industry authorities,and adjusts design parameters such as the buried depth,length,angle and elbow setting of the pipeline crossing according to calculation results,so as to determine the optimal pipeline layout scheme.
