市县公共图书馆微信公众号建设现状研究——以海南省为例

Research on Current Status of the Construction of WeChat Official Accounts of City and County Public Libraries—Take Hainan Province as an Example

在互联网与新媒体技术迅速发展的背景下,微信公众号广受青睐并拥有庞大的用户基数,其已成为图书馆提供网络服务的常用形式。该文以海南省为例,采用网络调查、电话咨询和文献调研等方法,对海南省18个市县公共图书馆的微信公众号建设现状进行研究。研究表明:当前海南省市县公共图书馆微信公众号建设状况总体较好,但仍存在不足之处,针对现有问题,提出提升市县公共图书馆网络服务建议,推进市县公共图书馆高质量发展。

In the context of the rapid development of the Internet and new media technology,the WeChat official account is favored and has a large user base,and it has become a common form of libraries to provide network services.Taking Hainan Province as an example,this paper uses online surveys,telephone consultation and literature research to study the construction status of WeChat official accounts of public libraries in 18 cities and counties in Hainan Province.The study shows that the current construction status of WeChat official accounts of city and county public libraries in Hainan Province is generally good,but there are still shortcomings.In view of the existing problems,suggestions are put forward to improve the network service of city and county public libraries to promote the high-quality development of city and county public libraries.
