摘要
阿尔茨海默病是最常见的神经退行性疾病之一,病理学特征主要与神经毒性、神经细胞氧化应激、炎症以及线粒体功能异常等因素密切相关。目前,药物疗法是最常用的治疗措施,然而临床上有效使用的药物仍然不能很好满足各广大患者的需求。本研究基于此目的,利用生物信息学分析联合基于分子共同特征的HipHop算法,初步挖掘、筛选具有潜在活性的单体化合物,为后续设计、开发有效治疗阿尔茨海默病的药物提供研究基础。
Alzheimer's disease is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases,with pathological features closely related to factors such as neurotoxicity,neuronal oxidative stress,inflammation,and mitochondrial dysfunction.At present,drug therapy is the most commonly used treatment measure,but clinically effective drugs still cannot meet the needs of a wide range of patients.Based on this purpose,this study utilizes bioinformatics analysis combined with the HipHop algorithm based on common molecular features to preliminarily explore and screen monomeric compounds with potential activity,providing a research foundation for the subsequent design and development of effective drugs for treating Alzheimer's disease.
