摘要
随城镇化和经济发展,城市排水量不断增加,处理中伴生产物污泥量也逐年增加,并需要妥善处理。深度脱水藕合超高温好氧发酵是通过化学、物理、生物等技术手段将污泥中的水分去除,病原微生物灭活,有机质稳定,实现污泥减量化、资源化、无害化的一种重要处理技术。围绕深度脱水藕合超高温好氧发酵技术及对比试验,对发酵过程、控制参数、应用效果进行总结,以期促进市政污泥处理技术的应用创新。
With the urbanization and economic development,the amount of urban drainage is increasing,and the amount of sludge associated with production in treatment is also increasing year by year,which needs to be properly treated.Deep dehydration coupled with ultra-high temperature aerobic fermentation is a technology which can remove water from sludge,inactivate the pathogenic microorganism and stabilize organic matter by chemical,physical,biological and other technical means.It is an important treatment technology to realize sludge reduction,resource utilization and harmless treatment.This study focused on the deep dehydration coupling ultra-high temperature aerobic fermentation technology and its comparative test with the traditional aerobic fermentation technology,and summarized the fermentation process,control parameters and application effects.It is expected to promote the application and innovation of municipal sludge treatment technology.
