摘要
蛋白质变性是生物化学中重要的教学内容,其中,加热是导致蛋白质变性的主要因素之一。然而,目前生化教材中对蛋白质热变性的介绍高度凝练,对其背后的机理及其潜在生物效应探讨不够充分,学生理解乏味、难以很好掌握。因此,以蛋白质热变性为出发点,着重探讨蛋白质热变性的动态过程及其作用机制;同时,在教学过程中引入情景化教学,使复杂知识或现象更加通俗易懂。通过这些措施,学生不仅能将理论知识融会贯通,提高学习效率,还能够举一反三,做到学以致用。
Protein denaturation is an important teaching content in biochemistry,among which heating is one of the main factors leading to protein denaturation.However,the current explanations of protein thermal denaturation in biochemical textbooks is highly concise or simple,and the mechanism behind its and its potential biological effects are not fully discussed,which makes it difficult for students to understand or grasp well.Therefore,this paper takes the thermal denaturation of proteins as a entry point,aiming to explore the dynamic process and mechanism of thermal denaturation of proteins.At the same time,the method of situational teaching is introduced in the teaching process to make complex knowledge or phenomenon more easily to understand.Through these measures,we hope that students not only can understand and master the theoretical knowledge,so as to improve learning efficiency,but also be able to draw inference and apply what they have learned in life.
