摘要
随着社会的发展,人们对环境要求日益提高,对轨道交通列车空调制冷剂的环保性能也提出新的要求。二氧化碳作为自然工质,目前成为空调领域制冷剂研究的热点。该文首先介绍轨道交通列车空调机组中制冷剂的应用现状,对现有制冷剂二氧化碳制冷剂的优缺点进行对比分析。然后,对二氧化碳制冷剂在列车空调机组中应用需要重点解决的问题进行详细分析,包括节能、轻量化和低成本方面的设计。最后,通过二氧化碳制冷剂空调仿真结果对其具体应用效果进行验证。
With the development of society,people have higher and higher requirements for the environment,and also posed new requirements for the environmental performance of rail transit train air-conditioning refrigerants.As a natural working medium,carbon dioxide has become the focus of refrigerant research in the field of air conditioning.First of all,this paper introduces the application status of refrigerants in rail transit train air-conditioning units,and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing refrigerant carbon dioxide refrigerants.Then,the problems that need to be solved in the application of carbon dioxide refrigerant in train air conditioning units are analyzed in detail,including the design of energy saving,lightweight and low cost.Finally,the specific application effect is verified by the simulation results of carbon dioxide refrigerant air conditioning.
