风电机组轴系优化对发电性能的影响分析

摘要 某风电场风电机组存在轴系设计缺陷,普遍存在主轴卡死、轴承温度过高、振动异常等情况,导致机组长期处于限功率状态运行或卡死停机,严重影响机组发电量。采用业界比较成熟的三排滚子轴承方案对风机轴系进行优化设计,轴系整体刚度进行了较大幅度的加强。对改造后的机组从设备运行温度、可靠性、安全性及年发电量方面进行分析。此次技改后机组安全性、稳定性、可靠性都得到了保障,且减少了主轴承超温导致的限功率及停机情况,发电性能得到大幅提升。 There are some defects in the shafting design of the wind turbine in a wind farm,such as stuck spindle,high bearing temperature,abnormal vibration and so on,which lead to the power-limited operation or shutdown of the wind turbine for a long time,which seriously affects the generating capacity of the unit.The fan shafting is optimized by using the mature three-row roller bearing scheme in the industry,and the overall stiffness of the shafting is greatly strengthened.The retrofitted unit is analyzed from the aspects of equipment operating temperature,reliability,safety and annual power generation.After the technical transformation,the safety,stability and reliability of the unit have been guaranteed,and the power limit and shutdown caused by the overtemperature of the main bearing have been reduced,and the power generation performance has been greatly improved.
