永磁电机驱动在煤矿井下带式传输机中的应用

摘要 当前煤矿井下带式传输机主要选择液力耦合驱动,该驱动极易受到电压的影响,所以在实际应用期间会产生机械故障,且长期运转会磨损传输机传动装置与减速装置,导致输送卡顿、启动困难等问题。该文为精简输送流程,智能化控制煤矿井下带式传输机,应用永磁直驱电机当作动力系统。结果显示,该系统在很大程度上节约煤矿井下生产成本,同时也显著提高输送机传动效率。所以,有必要进一步加大研究永磁驱动系统,可将永磁电机当作煤矿井下作业的驱动装置,通过智能化方式控制带式输送带,实现传输效率的提升。 Currently,hydraulic coupling drive is the main choice for underground belt conveyors in coal mines,which is extremely susceptible to voltage effects.Therefore,mechanical failures may occur during practical applications,and long-term operation may wear the transmission and deceleration devices of the conveyor,leading to problems such as conveying stagnation and difficulty in starting.In order to simplify the conveying process and intelligently control the underground belt conveyor in coal mines,this paper applies a permanent magnet direct drive motor as a power system.The results show that this system greatly saves production costs in coal mines and significantly improves the transmission efficiency of the conveyor.Therefore,it is necessary to further increase the research on permanent magnet drive system,permanent magnet motor can be used as the driving device of underground coal mine operation,and the belt conveyor belt can be controlled in an intelligent way to improve the transmission efficiency.
