大动脉炎全病程多学科慢病管理指南计划书

Protocols for the Chinese guideline of multidisciplinary chronic disease management throughout the whole course of Takayasu arteritis

为进一步规范我国大动脉炎的临床诊治水平,实现患者全病程多学科慢病管理标准化,复旦大学附属中山医院、华东地区大动脉炎协作组、上海市医学会风湿病学分会和复旦大学循证医学中心联合发起制定了《大动脉炎全病程多学科慢病管理指南计划书》。本计划书详细介绍了指南的制定意义、目标人群、制定方法、工作组成员及职责、临床问题收集与遴选、证据检索与筛选、推荐意见形成,以及指南形成、外审、发布、传播与实施等过程与方法。

In order to further standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Takayasu arteritis(TAK)in China and to achieve the multidisciplinary chronic disease management throughout the whole course of TAK,the protocol for the Chinese guideline has been initiated and drawn up by Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University,the East China Takayasu Arteritis Collaboration Group,the Rheumatology Branch of Shanghai Medical Association and the Evidence-based Medicine Center of Fudan University.It mainly introduced the significance of guideline formulation,target population,formulation methods,members and responsibilities of the working groups,collection and selection of clinical problems,evidence retrieval and screening,formation of recommendations,as well as the process and methods of guideline formation,external review,release,dissemination and implementation.
