摘要
脑电图(electroencephalogram,EEG)是了解大脑神经振荡的窗口,可以通过头皮电极连续、直观地监测脑电活动情况。围术期脑电监测包括EEG量化指标监测和原始EEG的应用。全麻状态下,EEG监测不仅可反映麻醉药物对大脑的抑制程度,还反映大脑意识状态改变时功能连接的变化。近年来,EEG相关监测在全身麻醉中的应用涉及全麻深度监测、全麻机制、疼痛监测、诊断和预防围术期脑功能损伤等多个方面。本文针对脑电量化指标和原始EEG在全身麻醉的最新临床应用及研究进展进行综述,以期为推进全身麻醉期间脑电监测未来应用扩展提供参考。
Electroencephalogram(EEG)is a window into the brain’s neural oscillation and provides continuous and intuitive monitoring of brain activity via scalp electrodes.Perioperative EEG monitoring includes quantitative EEG measurements and the primitive EEG applications.Under general anesthesia,EEG monitoring can not only reflect the inhibition degree of anesthetics on the brain,but also reflect the changes of functional connections in the brain when the state of consciousness changes.In recent years,the application of EEG related monitoring in general anesthesia involved the depth monitoring of general anesthesia,the mechanism of general anesthesia,the pain monitoring and the diagnosis and prevention of perioperative brain functional damage.Therefore,this paper will review the latest application and research progress of EEG quantitative indicators and primitive EEG in general anesthesia,in order to provide reference for promoting the future application and expansion of EEG monitoring during general anesthesia.
