多层结构滤波贴片天线阵列的设计

摘要 提出了一种工作在3.9GHz的平面2×2滤波微带贴片天线阵列的设计方案。阵列由四个贴片天线构成,分别由两个多层馈电网络激励。馈电网络包含一个功分网络和两个谐振器,谐振器之间采用矩形缝隙耦合。天线的激励由层间电磁耦合馈电方式,并利用贴片天线模式正交和滤波天线的频率选择特性,提高两个端口之间的隔离度。天线两个端口的辐射模式分别是TM10模和TM01模,带宽均为3.69~4.14GHz,相对带宽均为11.5%,两个端口之间的隔离度大于32 dB。天线阵列的增益为11.6 dB,并具有14 dB的带外抑制水平。 This paper proposes a design scheme of plane 2×2 filter micro-band patch antenna array which is works at a center frequency of 3.9 GHz.The array consists of four patch antennas,and it is excited by two multilayer feeding networks separately.The feeding network consists of a power-divider network and two resonators with rectangular slot coupling structure.The antenna is fed by interlayer electromagnetic coupling and uses the frequency selection characteristics of the patch antenna mode orthogonal and the filtered antenna,so as to improve the isolation between the two ports.The radiation modes of the two ports are TM10 mode and TM01 mode separately,and both bandwidths are 3.69~4.14 GHz,the relative bandwidth is 11.5%,and the isolation between the two ports is greater than 32 dB.The antenna array has a gain of 11.6 dB and has an out-of-band inhibition level of 14 dB.
