摘要
网上办事大厅为高校智慧校园建设由被动响应向主动服务转变提供新的抓手,文章分析了传统信息门户和网上办事大厅中存在的问题,并基于数据驱动和应用融合理念,整合认证授权、消息通知、事务办理和流程建设,打造校级业务中台,构建了融合型网上办事大厅。通过梳理业务体系和技术架构,从全域数据中台、深度融通的业务中台和一云多端的服务运营模式等角度探索实践以服务为中心的融合型网上办事大厅,真正实现统一入口、一网通办,切实提升师生体用体验和学校管理效能,为高校网上办事大厅建设提供参考。
The online service hall provides a new starting point for the transformation from passive response to active service in the construction of smart campuses in universities.This paper analyzes the problems existing in traditional information portals and online service halls,and based on the concept of data-driven and application integration,integrates authentication and authorization,message notification,transaction processing,and process construction to create a school-level business center and build an integrated online service hall.By sorting out the business system and technical architecture,exploring and practicing a service-oriented integrated online service hall from the perspectives of a comprehensive data center,a deeply integrated business center,and a one cloud multi end service operation model,and truly achieve unified entry and one network access,effectively improve the physical experience of teachers and students and the effectiveness of school management,and provide reference for the construction of online service halls in universities.
