摘要
后疫情时代,文旅产业成为带动经济增长和刺激消费的重要引擎。随着5G、云计算、物联网、人工智能等技术的快速发展,游客对智慧旅游的需求空前高涨。人工智能技术和数字技术的应用是智慧旅游发展的必然趋势,有助于整合景区及其周边区域的旅游资源,提升游客体验和旅游业管理水平。文章首先对智慧旅游的研究进行梳理,其次探究了智慧旅游的关键技术,最后分析了机器学习在智慧旅游建设中的应用。
In the post pandemic era,the cultural and tourism industry has become an important engine driving economic growth and stimulating consumption.With the rapid development of 5G,cloud computing,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence and other technologies,tourists have an unprecedented demand for smart tourism.The use of artificial intelligence technology and digital technology is the inevitable trend of smart tourism development,and is conducive to integrate tourist resources in scenic spots and their surrounding regions,and improve tourist experience and tourism management level.This paper first sort out the research of smart tourism,then studies the key technologies of smart tourism,and finally analyzes the application of machine learning in smart tourism construction.
