摘要
为及时排除风电设备安全隐患,保障设备运行效率,实现风电设备整体结构安全预警及精准维修,需对风电设备实行合理有效的安全监测。针对海上升压站及重点风电机组结构安全,分析健康监测的必要性及可行性,对结构健康监测原理、传感器选择原则、布设方法进行了阐述。考虑海上环境的复杂性与突变性,海上风电相关结构需要实时监测、及时预警,文章详细介绍了自动化监测系统的框架组成、网络拓扑,并对自动化监测系统的实时监控、数据分析等功能进行了应用展示。
In order to timely eliminate safety hazards of wind power equipment,ensure equipment operation efficiency,achieve overall structural safety early warning and precise maintenance of wind power equipment,it is necessary to implement reasonable and effective safety monitoring of wind power equipment.In view of the structural safety of offshore booster stations and key wind turbines,the necessity and feasibility of health monitoring are analyzed,and the principles of structural health monitoring,sensor selection principles,and deployment methods are described.Considering the complexity and variability of the offshore environment,the structures related to offshore wind power require real-time monitoring and timely warning.This paper provides a detailed introduction to the framework composition and network topology of the automated monitoring system,and demonstrates its functions such as real-time monitoring and data analysis.
