摘要
运用三阶段DEA模型对我国30省份2013—2020年的数字经济产出效率进行了测算,并运用高斯核密度估计对各地区数字经济产出效率变化趋势进行分析。结果表明:我国数字经济产出效率还有进步空间,规模效率是影响生产效率的主要因素;专利授权数、政府投入、劳动力文化水平对产出效率具有促进作用;我国东南部地区数字经济产出效率高,西北部地区产出效率较低;我国产出效率波动频繁,但差异化呈现减小趋势。对此,国家应加强数字经济产业相关人才培养投入,促进各省份间数字经济产业合作,加强研发投入,推动技术创新,加快数字基础设施的建设,逐步提高数字经济产出效率。
The production efficiency of digital economy in 30 provinces of China from 2013 to 2020 was measured by using a three-stage DEA model and the changing trend of digital economy production efficiency in each region was analyzed by using Gaussian kernel density estimation.Results show that:1)There is still room for improvement in the production efficiency of China’s digital economy,and scale efficiency is the main factor affecting production efficiency.2)The number of patents granted,government investment and the educational level of the labor force can promote the production efficiency.3)The production efficiency of the digital economy in the southeast of China is high,while that in the northwest is relatively low.4)China’s production efficiency fluctuates frequently,but the differentiation shows a decreasing trend.In this regard,the state should strengthen the investment in the cultivation of talents related to the digital economy industry,promote the cooperation in the digital economy industry among various provinces,strengthen the investment in research and development,promote technological innovation,improve the construction of digital infrastructure,accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure,and gradually improve the production efficiency of the digital economy.
