高校一流本科教育建设中的学生问题及解决举措

Students’Problems and Solutions in the Construction of First-Class Undergraduate Education in Colleges and Universities

高校一流本科教育建设目标是培养世界一流人才,服务于中华民族伟大复兴。目标提出至今已经十多年,并取得了一定成绩。但学生群体中还存在着不容忽视的突出问题,主要包括学生的科研素养欠缺、创新能力不足,学生的社会实践流于形式,学生缺乏对学校和国家社会变化足够和全面的了解和关注。之所以如此,主要原因是学生在人生观、世界观、价值观的涵养方面缺乏有实际效果的引导、学生缺乏对学校的认同、学生缺乏参与科研项目和社会实践的机会。应从五个举措解决此问题:激发学生成为世界一流人才的内在动力;发挥科研项目的重要作用,培养和提升学生的创新精神和实践能力;以课程思政为中心,培养学生的家国情怀;分阶段实施一流本科教育发展目标;更加重视社会反馈,珍惜和维护高校“羽毛”。

The goal of first-class undergraduate education construction in colleges and universities is to cultivate China’s world-class talent who can serve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It has been more than ten years since the goal was put forward,and some achievements have been made.However,there are still outstanding problems that cannot be ignored in the student group,mainly including the lack of scientific research literacy and innovation ability of students,the mere formality of students’social practice,and the lack of sufficient and comprehensive understanding and attention to school and national social changes.The main reason for this is that students lack effective guidance in the cultivation of outlook on life,world outlook and values,the lack of recognition of the school,and the lack of opportunities for students to participate in scientific research projects and social practice.These problems can be solved from five aspects:to stimulate students’internal motivation to become world-class talents,to play an important role in scientific research projects and cultivate and enhance students’innovative spirit and practical ability,to center on curriculum ideological and political education to cultivate students’feelings of home and country,to implement the development goal of first-class undergraduate education in stages,and to pay more attention to social feedback,cherish and maintain the“feathers”of colleges and universities.
