师生共同制定论文评分量规的实践与效果--教育学院的案例

摘要 在教育学院本科生课程中进行师生共建论文评分量规的尝试,量规开发过程可分为6个步骤:准备学生、确定评分指标、描述不同等级表现、整合量规初稿、征询第三方意见、征求学生意见。学生的课程论文初稿完成后利用评分量规进行自评与同伴反馈。对学生的问卷调查表明,师生共建论文评分量规有较好的效果:学生认可量规的价值、较多地使用了量规、量规在提供与解读反馈时发挥了作用。评分量规对教师的评分信度也具有一定的保障作用。 In an undergraduate course of the College of Education,an attempt is made by the teachers and students to jointly develop a rubric.The rubric development process can be divided into six steps:preparing students,determining grading indicators,describing performance at different levels,creating the first draft,soliciting third-party opinions and soliciting students’opinions.After completing the first draft of the course paper,the students use the rubric for self-assessment and peer feedback.The questionnaire survey of the students shows that the rubric jointly developed by the teachers and students has a good effect that the students recognize the value of the rubric and it plays a role in providing and interpreting feedback when they use it more.In addition,it also plays a role in guaranteeing the teachers’grading reliability.
