老年非酒精性脂肪性肝病中医临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Elderly Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

非酒精性脂肪性肝病发病率逐年上升,人口老龄化,老年人常伴有肥胖、糖脂代谢异常等高危因素,使得老年人群成为NAFLD高发人群。该病发病机制复杂,西医尚无明确有效治疗药物,中医药诊治本病积累大量经验。文章从该病的病因病机、辨证分型、体质特征、中医治疗等方面,得出中医药治疗老年NAFLD患者,应以痰、湿、瘀、热标实为主,注重疏肝、健脾、补肾,达到标本同治,为中西医结合治疗老年NAFLD奠定理论基础。

The incidence of NAFLD(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease)is increasing year by year,the population is aging,and the elderly are often accompanied by high-risk factors such as obesity and abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism,making the elderly a high-risk group of NAFLD.The pathogenesis of the disease is complex,and there is no clear and effective drug for Western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated a lot of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.From the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,physical characteristics,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,this paper concludes that the treatment of elderly NAFLD patients with traditional Chinese medicine should focus on phlegm,dampness,blood stasis,and heat symptoms,and pay attention to soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,Tonify the kidney,achieve the same treatment of symptoms and symptoms,and lay a theoretical foundation for the treatment of elderly NAFLD with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
