中医药论治脾肾虚弱型胎漏、胎动不安经验

Experience in Treating Fetal Leakage and Fetal Movement of Spleen and Kidney Weaknessof Traditional Chinese Medicine

胎漏、胎动不安是女性的常见病,近年来,由于女性实际生育年龄的推迟、生活方式的改变、精神压力的增加及其他不明原因,其发病率呈现逐年上升的趋势,严重影响孕妇和胎儿的生命健康。目前西医对该病的治疗存在方式单一、疗效不确定等问题。中医药治疗本病历史悠久,疗效显著,不良反应少,能够有效地提高胎儿存活率,改善妊娠结局。文章总结了曾倩教授治疗脾肾虚弱型胎漏、胎动不安的临证经验。曾倩教授认为胎漏、胎动不安多由脾肾虚弱,气血乏源,以致胎失所养,难以系固,而有坠堕之虞。故安胎尤重脾肾,同时兼顾他脏,以中药汤剂口服,配合耳穴贴压、穴位贴敷等多途径治疗,疗效较好。

Fetal leakage and fetal movement are common diseases of women.In recent years,due to the delay in the actual age of women giving birth,changes in lifestyle,increased mental stress and other unexplained causes,its incidence is on the rise year by year,seriously affecting the life and health of pregnant women and their foetuses.The current treatment of this disease in Western medicine is characterised by a single approach and uncertain efficacy.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating this disease,with significant efficacy and few adverse reactions.It can effectively increase the fetal survival rate and improve the pregnancy outcomes.This article summarized professor Zeng Qian s clinical experience in treating fetal leakage and fetal movementin the form of spleen and kidney weakness.Professor Zeng Qian believed that fetal leakage and fetal movement were mostly due to weakness of the spleen and kidney,lack of qi and blood,which made the fetus lose custody,difficult tofasten,and threatened to fall.Therefore,Antitocic focuses on the spleen and kidney,while giving consideration to other organs.It can be treated by oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,ear point sticking and pressing,acupoint sticking,etc.,and has achieved good results.
