摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘与可视化探讨针刺治疗癌因性疲乏的取穴规律。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文期刊服务平台及PubMed数据库建库至2022年5月1日报道的针刺治疗癌因性疲乏的临床研究文献,建立针刺处方数据库,运用Microsoft Excel 2019、SPSS 21、SPSS Modeler 18.0、Cytoscape 3.7.2软件进行统计分析,以探究针刺治疗本病的选穴规律。结果:共纳入39篇文献,针刺处方41条,穴位52个。足三里、三阴交、气海是针刺治疗癌因性疲乏最常选用的穴位;选用频次最高的经脉为任脉、胃经、脾经;下肢部、腹部腧穴使用频次最高;重视特定穴,尤其是交会穴的使用;关联分析显示最常用的腧穴组合为足三里→三阴交、足三里→气海。结论:临床中针刺治疗癌因性疲乏以任脉为主,兼顾调理肾、脾、肝三脏,治以调和气血、协调阴阳,重视以交会穴为主的特定穴的使用。
Objective To analyze the rules of acupoint selection in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue using data mining and visualization.Methods The published literature on treating cancer-related fatigue with acupuncture was retrieved from electronic databases from established to March 1,2021,including CNKI,SinoMed,Wanfang,VIP,and PubMed database,Acupuncture prescription database was established,and the rules of acupoint selection were counted and analyzed by statistical software Microsoft Excel 2019,SPSS 21,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and Cytoscape.Results A total of 39 articles were included in this analysis,involving 41 acupuncture prescriptions,52 acupoints.Zusanli(ST 36)、Sanyinjiao(SP 6)、Qihai(CV 6)were the most frequently used acupoint,the often selected meridians were conception vessel,stomach meridian,spleen meridian;the acupoints located at the lower limbs and abdomen were commonly selected;attaching importance to the use of special points,especially crossing points;correlation analysis showed that the most commonly used combinations of acupoints were Zusanli(ST 36)→Sanyinjiao(SP 6)and Zusanli(ST 36)→Qihai(CV 6).Conclusion The acupuncture for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue is based on conception meridian,the core method is to regulate the kidney,spleen and liver,regulate the qi and blood,balance yin and yang,and pay attention to the use of specific acupoints mainly focusing on crossing points.
