南宁师范大学武鸣校区红火蚁发生情况及防治试验

The Occurences and Its Prevention Experiment of Red ImportedFire Ants on Wuming-campus of Nanning Normal University

对南宁师范大学武鸣校区内的红火蚁发生情况进行调查以及探究最佳的红火蚁防治方案。结果表明:南宁师范大学武鸣校区红火蚁发生危害等级属于2级,危害程度为中度,发生情况最严重的区域是草坪。施用舒绝杀蚁饵剂(0.1%茚虫威)第4天,第8天,第12天对红火蚁活动工蚁的平均防效分别为96.99%,84.54%,80.05%,杀灭速度快,可适用于应急防控。施用杀虫粉剂(0.25%高效氯氰菊酯)第4天,第8天,第12天对活动工蚁的平均防效分别为33.77%,97.46%,100%,长期使用效果表现更好。舒绝杀蚁饵剂与杀虫粉剂组合施用第4天后对活动工蚁的平均防效为87.53%,第8天之后达到了100%,二者结合杀灭效果既快速又彻底,可在校园内推广应用。

This experiment investigated the occurrence of red imported fire ants(Solenopsi sinvicta Buren)onWuming-campus of Nanning Normal University and explored the best control method.The results showed that the hazard level of red imported fire ants on Wuming-campus of Nanning Normal University was level 2 with moderate damage,and the most serious occurrence area was the lawn.After treated 4d,8d and 12d,the average control effect of Shujue bait(0.1%indoxacarb)to workerants was 96.99%,84.54% and 80.05% respectively,which was fast and suitable for urgent control.The average control effect of insecticide powder(0.25% cypermethrin)on workerants was 33.77%,97.46% and 100% respectively after treated 4d,8d and 12d,which was better performance for long-term use.The average control effect of the combination of Shujue bait and insecticide powder on workerants was 87.53% after 4 days'application,and reached 100% after 8 days.The combined method was fast and thorough,whichcan be popularized and applied to the campus.
