基于远程检测的自动心电图机检定仪的研发与应用评估

摘要 目的:设计基于远程检测的自动心电图机检定仪,以提高数字心电图机检定的工作效率。方法:结合数字心电图机检定规程,基于STM32F103芯片设计标准信号发生器、信号测试切换电路和多路切换开关电路。编写自动检测程序,评价其性能测试指标,实现多台数字心电图机的同时检定,连接心电图远程监测系统实现数字心电图机的远程检测、数据分析。结果:自动心电图机检定仪可实现各类标准波形的输出,可与心电图远程检测系统连接并实现多台心电图机的同时检测,提高整体检定工作效率67.2%。结论:设计的基于远程检测的自动心电图机检定仪能够提高数字心电图机检定校准信息化和自动化水平,提高检定工作效率,更好地为医院诊疗提供优质服务。 Objective:To design an automatic electrocardiograph calibrator bases on remote detection,so as to improve the work efficiency of the digital electrocardiograph calibrator.Methods:Combined with the calibration procedures of digital electrocardiograph,the standard signal generator,signal testing switching circuit and multi-channel switching circuit were designed on the basis of STM32F103 chip.The automatic detection program was programmed to evaluate the indicators of performance testing.The simultaneous detection of multiple digital electrocardiographs was realized,and they could be connected to the remote monitoring system of electrocardiograph so as to realize the remote detection and data analysis of digital electrocardiograph.Results:The automatic electrocardiograph calibrator could realize the output of various kinds of standard waveform,which could be connected with the remote detection system of cardiograph,and realize the simultaneous detection of multiple digital electrocardiograph.It had improved the work efficiency of whole detection to 67.2%.Conclusion:The designed automatic electrocardiograph calibrator based on the remote detection can improve the levels of informatization and automation of verification and calibration of digital electrocardiograph,and increase the work efficiency of verification,which can better provide high quality service for the diagnosis and treatment of hospital.
