Sonazoid超声造影在肝脏局灶性病变临床诊断中的效果研究

Application effect of Sonazoid contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of focal lesions of liver

目的:研究示卓安(Sonazoid)超声造影在肝脏局灶性病变临床诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取医院收治的64例肝脏局灶性病变患者,均行Sonazoid超声造影及增强磁共振成像(MRI)检查,分析两种检查方法的诊断结果与病理“金标准”的一致性,同时比较两种检查方法的诊断效能。结果:经病理结果显示64例患者共74个病灶,其中恶性肿瘤52个,良性肿瘤22个。Sonazoid超声造影诊断及增强MRI诊断结果与病理结果均具有较高的一致性(Kappa=0.597,Kappa=0.858;P<0.05)。Sonazoid超声造影诊断的灵敏度为98.09%,高于增强MRI的84.62%,Fisher精确检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Sonazoid超声造影与增强MRI均可用于肝脏局灶性病变的临床诊断,且Sonazoid超声造影在诊断灵敏度上更具优势,值得在临床应用。

Objective:To study the application effect of Sonazoid contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of focal lesions of liver.Methods:A total of 64 patients with focal lesions of liver who admitted to hospital were selected.They underwent Sonazoid contrast-enhanced ultrasound and enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).The consistencies of the diagnostic results of the two examinations with pathologically gold standard were analyzed,and the diagnostic efficiencies of the two methods were further compared.Results:There were 74 lesions in 64 patients,which included 52 malignant tumors and 22 benign tumors.Both the diagnostic results of the Sonazoid contrast-enhanced ultrasound and the enhanced MRI had higher consistencies with the pathological results(Kappa=0.597,Kappa=0.858,P<0.05).The sensitivity of Sonazoid contrast-enhanced ultrasound was 98.09%,which was significantly higher than 84.62% of enhanced MRI(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Sonazoid contrast-enhanced ultrasound and enhanced MRI can be used in the clinical diagnosis of focal lesions of liver,and the diagnostic sensitivity of Sonazoid contrast-enhanced ultrasound has more advantages,which is worthy in clinical application.
