创伤治疗仪联合早期康复治疗在下肢骨折术后的应用

Application of trauma therapy instrument combined with early rehabilitation after surgery of lower limb fracture

目的:探讨创伤治疗仪联合早期康复治疗在下肢骨折术后中的应用。方法:选取医院收治的40例下肢骨折患者,依据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组患者骨折术后行早期康复治疗,观察组除早期康复治疗外加用创伤治疗仪,对比两组患者术后下肢负重时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间;以及平均肌力和平均伸曲度;借助膝关节Lysholm评分评价膝关节功能,采用世卫组织生活质量评分(WHOQOL-BREF)评价患者术后生活质量。结果:观察组康复治疗后下肢负重时间早于对照组,骨折愈合时间快与对照组,住院时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=1.497,t=0.986,t=2.547;P<0.05);康复治疗干预前患者的平均肌力、平均伸曲度、膝关节功能评分以及生活质量评分无明显统计学差异,康复治疗后观察组平均肌力和平均伸曲度指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.845,t=3.558;P<0.05);康复治疗后观察组膝关节肿胀情况、疼痛情况、屈曲水平、行走情况以及上下楼情况的膝关节功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.957,t=3.547,t=4.324,t=2.760,t=2.382;P<0.05);康复治疗后观察组生理状况、心理状况、社会状况及环境状况的生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.128,t=1.827,t=2.501,t=2.804;P<0.05)。结论:下肢骨折术后采用创伤治疗仪联合早期康复治疗干预能够改善患者下肢功能,提升负重时间,缩短住院时间,提高患者的预后生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application of trauma therapy instrument combined with early rehabilitation in surgery of lower limb fracture.Methods:A total of 40 patients with lower limb fractures admitted to hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and research group according to random number table,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received early rehabilitation treatment after operation,and the research group received trauma therapy instrument on the basis of early rehabilitation treatment.The weightbearing time of lower limbs,healing time of fracture and hospitalization time,as well as average muscle strength and average elongation,after surgery between two groups were compared.The Lysholm score of knee-joint was adopted to evaluate the function of knee-joint,and the world health organization quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BREF)was adopted to evaluate the postoperative quality of life of patients.Results:The weight-bearing time of lower limbs of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the healing time of fracture and hospitalization time of the research group were significantly less than those of the control group(t=1.497,t=0.986,t=2.547,P<0.05),respectively.There were no significant differences in the average muscle strength,the average elongation,the function scores of knee-joint and the scores of quality of life between the two groups before the intervention of rehabilitation treatment(P>0.05).The average muscle strength and the average elongation of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the intervention of rehabilitation treatment(t=3.845,t=3.558,P<0.05),respectively.The function scores of the knee-joint,which included the statuses of swelling,pain,bending level,walking,and up and down stair,of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group after rehabilitation treatment(t=2.957,t=3.547,t=4.324,t=2.760,t=2.382,P<0.05),respectively.In addition,the physiological,psychological,social and environmental conditions in the scores of the quality of life of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group after rehabilitation treatment(t=6.128,t=1.827,t=2.501,t=2.804,P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:After surgery of lower limb fracture,the intervention of trauma therapy instrument combined with early rehabilitation treatment can improve the functions of patient's lower limbs,and increase the weightbearing time,and shorten hospitalization time,and enhance the prognostic quality of life of patients.
