摘要 目的:探讨基于功效函数法构建手术室设备预警评估模型在手术室设备预警管理中的应用价值。方法:选取基于功效函数法在设备诊疗能力、性能质量、洁净程度和管理水平层面的22项绩效指标,构建手术室设备预警评估模型,根据预警评估值和分级结果采取不同的管理对策提升手术室设备运行质量和服务能力。选取医院手术室常规配置且在用的171台医疗设备,根据管理方法不同将其分为对照组(137台)和观察组(152台,含对照组中的118台和新增加的34台),对照组采用传统预警管理方法,观察组采用构建的手术室设备预警评估模型进行预警管理。对比两组手术室设备的绩效指标评估值及中高风险预警率。结果:观察组设备诊断能力、性能质量、洁净程度和管理水平的绩效指标评估值分别为(0.91±0.06)、(0.86±0.08)、(0.90±0.06)和(0.89±0.05),均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.175,t=2.240,t=4.787,t=4.442;P<0.05);观察组麻醉机(27台)、输液设备(42台)、监护设备(51台)和微创手术设备(32台)的中高风险预警率分别为7.41%(2/27)、9.52%(4/42)、11.76%(6/51)和3.13%(1/32),均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=5.054,x^(2)=5.758,x^(2)=6.756,x^(2)=6.184;P<0.05)。结论:基于功效函数法的手术室设备预警评估模型能够科学准确地评估手术室设备在临床诊疗活动中的运行情况,提高设备绩效管理水平,降低设备运行风险,确保设备临床服务质量。 Objective:To construct the operating room equipment early warning evaluation model based on power function method,and to discuss its application value in early warning management of operating room equipment.Methods:Based on the power function method,the early warning evaluation model of operating room equipment was constructed by selecting 22 performance indicators at the level of equipment diagnosis and treatment ability,performance quality,cleanliness and management level,and different management countermeasures were adopted to improve the operating quality and service ability of operating room equipment according to the early warning evaluation value and grading results.A total of 171 medical equipment routinely allocated in hospital operating rooms were selected and divided into control group(137 units)and observation group(152 units,including 118 units in the control group and 34 newly added units)according to different management methods.The control group adopted traditional management method,the observation group constructed an early-warning evaluation model for operating room equipment based on power function method to conduct the early warning management.The evaluation value of the performance indicators and the warning rate of medium and high risks of operating room equipment were compared between the two groups.Results:The evaluation values of the performance indicators of diagnostic ability,performance quality,cleanliness and management level of the equipment in the observation group were(0.91±0.06),(0.86±0.08),(0.90±0.06)and(0.89±0.05),respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.175,t=2.240,t=4.787,t=4.442;P<0.05).The early warning rates of medium and high risks for anesthesia machine,infusion equipment,monitoring equipment and minimally invasive surgical equipment in the observation group were 7.41%(2/27),9.52%(4/42),11.76%(6/51)and 3.13%(1/32),respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(x2=5.054,x2=5.758,x2=6.756,x2=6.184;P<0.05).Conclusion:The early warning evaluation model of operating room equipment based on power function method can scientifically and accurately evaluate the operation status of operating room equipment in clinical diagnosis and treatment activities,improve the level of equipment performance management,reduce the risk of equipment operation,and improve the quality of equipment clinical service.
