摘要 目的:基于企业资源计划(ERP)系统设计医疗设备保修服务在线管理系统,实现医疗设备院外保修服务全过程管理。方法:分析医疗设备保修服务现状与需求,基于医院ERP系统设计医疗设备保修服务在线管理系统,其中包括保修合同管理、维修管理、维护管理、服务评价、数据分析和效益评估6项功能模块。以临床在用内窥镜和手术动力系统为例加强医疗设备维修保养服务过程监管、维修数据分析及保修合同效益评估。结果:医疗设备保修服务在线管理系统通过信息技术能够实现院外保修服务全过程管理,为医疗设备维修保养服务采购、设备报废及购置等提供管理决策。医院在用内窥镜主机使用维护成本从调整保修合同购置前的年均全保保修120万元降低至单独维修费用的25万元。结论:医疗设备保修服务在线管理系统能够实时动态监管和评价反馈设备保修服务,其科学、系统的信息化服务监管与评价能有效保障院外供应商保修服务质量,提升保修服务管理效能。 Objective:To design an online management system for medical equipment warranty service based on the enterprise resource planning(ERP)system to realize the whole-process management of medical equipment third-party warranty service.Methods:The status and demand of medical equipment warranty service were analyzed.Based on hospital ERP system,the online management system for medical equipment warranty service with 6 functional modules including warranty contract management,repair management,maintenance management,service evaluation,data analysis and benefit evaluation was designed to strengthen the supervision of repair and maintenance service process,maintenance data analysis and warranty contract benefits evaluation.Results:The online management system of medical equipment warranty service can realize the whole process management of third-party warranty service through information technology,and provide management decisions for medical equipment maintenance service procurement,equipment scrapping and purchase,etc.The maintenance cost of the endoscope host in use in the hospital had been reduced from an average annual full warranty of CNY 1.2 million before purchase of adjustment and warranty contract to CNY 250,000 for zero repair costs.Conclusion:The medical equipment warranty service online management system can monitor and evaluate the equipment warranty service dynamically in real time.Its scientific and systematic information service supervision and evaluation can effectively guarantee the warranty service quality of third-party suppliers and improve the efficiency of warranty service management.
