Development and application of self-service intelligent traditional Chinese medicine dispensing system

设计自助智能中药取药系统搭配中药柜,运用物联网技术、健康水平7(HL7)标准消息队列和接口技术相结合,使医院信息系统(HIS)取药系统与智能中药柜系统进行对接,系统平台采用面向服务架构,所有功能均以原子粒度网络服务(Web Service)进行排练组合构建,实现对药品的批号、效期进行管理以及库存实时盘点等功能,患者通过手机或凭证自助取药,从智能设备中快速出药、准确取药及收到超时提醒。通过优化门诊中药发药流程,提高发药的效率,有效降低患者排队领药时间以及大量人力送药上门等问题,实现全程无接触发药。同时,患者取药后能享受到相应的药事服务,如如何使用、如何煎药等。自助智能中药取药系统的实现有效改进了中药候药排队问题,减轻了基层医联体单位人力短缺问题。

To design a self-service intelligent Chinese traditional medicine dispensing system with a Chinese medicine cabinet.The medicine dispensing system of the hospital information system(HIS)and intelligent cabinet system of traditional Chinese medicine was connected by using the combination of the technology of the Internet of Things,HL7 message queue and interface technology.The platform system adopted a service-oriented architecture,and all functions were rehearsed and combined with atomic granularity Web Service to realize the management of batch number and expiration date of drugs and the real-time inventory check and other functions.Patients can self-pick up medicine through mobile phones or vouchers,get medicine from smart device quickly,accurately,and receive timeout reminder.By optimizing the outpatient traditional Chinese medicine dispensing process and improving the efficiency of dispensing medicines in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,the waiting time for patients to receive drugs and a large number of manpower to deliver drugs to patients,etc.can be effectively reduced,and realized the whole process of non-contact medicine dispensing.At the same time,after taking the medicine,the patient can enjoy the corresponding pharmaceutical services,such as how to use and how to decoct the medicine.The realization of the selfservice intelligent Chinese medicine taking system effectively improved the problem of waiting Chinese medicine,and reduced the pressure of human shortage in the grass-roots medical consortium units.At the same time,after taking the medicine,the patient can enjoy the corresponding pharmaceutical services,such as how to use and how to decoct the medicine.The realization of the self-service intelligent Chinese medicine dispensing system effectively improved the problem of queuing problem of traditional Chinese medicine,and reduced the pressure of human shortage in the grassroots medical consortium units.
