排水管线穿河工程对河道的影响分析

摘要 河道作为人类赖以生存的自然资源,为生态环境承担了很多重要的功能,如蓄水、调节径流、防洪、通航、景观等。而排水工程的建设与周边道路、河道有着紧密的联系,工程建设中应尽量减少对此类现状基础设施的影响。文章以上海浦东新区海滨资源再利用中心项目为例,结合《上海市跨、穿、沿河构筑物河道管理技术规定》相关要求,通过公式计算分析其排水管线以顶管型式穿越东引河和工作井建设对东引河的影响,并进行东引河土坡护岸稳定复核,在此基础上得出排水管工程对河势稳定性基本不会产生不利影响。 As a natural resource for human survival,the river channel has undertaken many important functions for the ecological environment,such as water storage,runoff regulation,flood control,navigation,landscape and so on.The construction of drainage engineering is closely related to the surrounding roads and river channels,and the influence on such current infrastructure should be minimized as much as possible in engineering construction.Taking Shanghai Pudong New District Seaside Resource Reuse Center project as an example,combined with relevant requirements of Technical Regulations for River Channel Management of Structures Over,Across,and Along Rivers in Shanghai,the influence of the drainage pipeline crossing Dongyin River in the form of pipe jacking and the construction of the working well on Dongyin River is analyzed through formula calculation,and the stability of the soil slope revetment of Dongyin River is reviewed.On this basis,it is concluded that the drainage pipeline engineering will not have adverse effects on the stability of the river regime.
